Lucas is fine.
Fine.
Isn't that great? I mean, beyond great... what is beyond great?
The specialist came in, and within seconds we had our answers. What looked different to us, to our family, and to Lucas' pediatricians is just that. Something different. Because as humans, we really are all very different.
Yes, his opening looks small. But the doctor tested it (SHUDDER! rod i.n.s.e.r.t.i.o.n to test the opening size.) BUT it is a normal size.
Now, we aren't 100% out of the water yet. We have to watch for when we p.o.t.t.y train him later. There is still a (very) small chance that he could p.e.e straight into the air, LOL! Because he does have a small bit of tissue there. And if this is the case, then there is a very easy in-house procedure.
No surgery. No anesthesia.
My baby is fine. Just fine! God is good, He is Good all the time. He knew what he was doing, and I am so very thankful for that.

On that note.... Nate and I are going to Maryland for the weekend. There won't be a Photo Tip Friday this week. It'll be back next Friday!
And I finished Harry Potter in the car today... Wonderful! I enjoyed it immensely!

I wanted to let you know that I emailed you about the Friends & family cards. I mailed them out yesterday (sorry so late!) I am afraid you will not get them today though and they are valid only today through sunday. I will email you the codes for online and if you get the cards that is great to. Those can be used at the store. Email me when you can. :o)
