My word for 2009: BLESSED
A couple weeks ago when I was thanking God for giving us the girl we desired after 2 boys, I was praying very humbly… telling Him “we didn’t deserve this blessing….”
And I distinctly heard a still small voice say…
“why? why not bless you?”
And I was totally comforted by the fact, that even though we do not deserve blessings, God enjoys bestowing them.

Okay, I clicked on your link from Lisa Leonards blog because you picked my "Word for 08" (Blessed) Then I saw that you also have 2 boys (even though mine are much older), My living room walls are the same color as yours (If that is your living room in the pictures), My wood floors are very similar, I too have that lamp, and you too got a Nikon item for Christmas - I got a Nikon D60 Camera. (Which I LOVE) Just thought that was interesting - Our things in common. :)
Oh I forgot, I also have those same shelves on the wall by your tree. Same color! Your boys are precious by the way.
